At Fruii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your running shoes. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your running shoes must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in New Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition. We recommend trying them on indoors on a clean surface to ensure they fit properly before taking them out for a run.
- Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should also be in new condition, free of tape, labels, or damage.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Used, damaged, or altered shoes will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] or call us at +1 702-493-8215. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your shoes back to us.
- Package Your Shoes: Carefully pack the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box. Place the shoe box inside a protective shipping box or bag to prevent damage during transit. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package.
- Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Fruii may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or model, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired pair. This ensures the fastest and most efficient way to get your new shoes.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping costs for genuinely damaged or defective goods.
