We currently ship within the United States of America.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the total weight/size of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before final payment.

We offer the following shipping options:

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. Free standard shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., $X.XX).

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing.

Please Note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM EST/PST] on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout. Fruii is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

International Shipping

Currently, Fruii only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
